Mouchel Parkman and Outcomes UK are both Department for Education and Skills (DfES) children's services improvement framework providers in our own rights, and through ChildrenFirst offer a complete solution for all Lots and services under the framework. In addition, Outcomes UK is a Department of Health consultancy framework provider.

We have a very experienced team of people with a proven track record of working successfully with local authorities & their partners to improve outcomes. They bring with them a detailed practical understanding of children's services, schools & health issues. As well as being experienced and successful consultants, they have experience of working at senior levels within local authorities, health services & the third sector.
