Every Child Matters sets a framework for the radical transformation of almost every aspect of children’s services – with safeguarding as a key but not sole focus. Successful transformation will depend as much on leadership and cultural change as on structural and organisational arrangements.  We understand the challenges of creating a shared vision from different perspectives and priorities, and of developing a culture that builds on strengths, knowledge and experience and remains open to learning together how to do things more effectively.

 
We are able to look at organisations from all perspectives, helping people to see the big picture for improvement. We look at how key elements join together and are interdependent, and articulating how services must look in a local and personal context if they are to make any difference at all to children’s lives. In this way we will help the organisation, its stakeholders, partnerships, divisions, teams and individual employees to understand how they contribute to outcomes and how changes in the way they do things will impact on service users and on the quality and effectiveness of services.
