Our Partnership

 

John Turner from Mouchel Parkman Learning Services and Carolyn McKelvie from Outcomes UK have been the drivers behind ChildrenFirst. They each shared the view that being ambitious for good outcomes for children and young people was what drove them in their approach to consultancy. They believe that sharing skills, knowledge expertise and perspectives through real partnership is the most effective way in which to support holistic and sustainable improvement in children’s services in whatever context.

 

They created ChildrenFirst in 2005 to support the improvement of outcomes for children and young people through working in partnership to provide high quality, value for money services.

 

Two years on their views are shared by a growing number of people working under the umbrella of ChildrenFirst.
